GreenWave Reality Energy Management Solution Selected for New "Green" Homes in Tianjin Eco-City
GreenWave Reality, an innovator in home energy management and automation systems, announced today that it has been selected by Tianjin Eco-City (TEC) Ayala Land Development -- a joint venture between Philippines' largest real estate company Ayala Land and Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development -- to provide its Home Energy Management solution to be installed in the upcoming residences in Tianjin Eco-City. The Tianjin Eco-City is a 30 square kilometer, landmark bilateral project between China and Singapore to create a harmonious and sustainable community that meets the needs of an urbanizing China and will be a modern township where 350,000 residents will live, work and play.
TEC-Ayala's project called "The Elegance" -- the initial phases of which will encompass over 1,200 units -- will feature the GreenWave Reality Home Energy Management solution that will give residents greater visibility and tools to help them conserve energy, along with additional home automation features. The GreenWave Reality solution is a secure and easy-to-use system that will enable residents to contribute to the overall success of the Tianjin Eco-City community. The well-planned residential development features attractive floor plans and impressive landscaping including ribbon-like paths that connect the buildings to each other to encourage social interaction among the residents.

Each resident will receive a GreenWave Reality package that includes single- and multi-port intelligent PowerNodes(TM) that make connected devices smart and controllable, and an in-home energy display, all connected to the advanced Gateway. The solution also includes window, door and motion sensors, as well as wireless cameras, which allow consumers to further automate their lives. Consumers will have access to an intuitive, custom application from their computers and smartphones to understand their energy use and control their devices with advanced Smart Controls, thereby reducing their energy consumption while enhancing their lifestyle.
