Channel Islands and Isle of Man Get Hybrid TV Services

France’s Neuilly-sur-Seine has partner with Getgem’s hybrid IPTV services to its customer base in Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Neuilly-sur-Seine is already a broadband provider in both areas; with the Netgem solution Neuilly-sur-Seine will be able to Over the Top (OTT) live and non-linear content to Netgem’s hybrid Set-top boxes (STB).
 

Netia Selected Netgem Hybrid IPTV Technology for Poland

Netia a multi-screen television service provider based in Poland has chosen to build its hybrid IPTV solutions on Netgem. Netia started as a fixed line broadband provider expanded added voice and now they are adding Netgem services to offer the complete triple play experience.  Part of the agreement, is Netgem will provide Netia with its middleware and hybrid DTT/Internet Set-top boxes.

P&TLuxembourg Selects Netgem's IPTV nCloud with N8000 MediaCenter PVR

Netgem has announced that it has been selected by P&TLuxembourg, Luxembourg's leading telecom operator, to upgrade its service to next-generation IPTV offering. Netgem will provide P&T with its software and intelligent set top boxes (STB) to give its subscribers a unique rich TV experience. The enhanced service will be rolled out in October 2011.

Netgem Launches Mobile TV Cloud Solution

Netgem has launched a new mobile TV solution for service providers. The new netgemcloud solution will give users the flexibility to access their television from any screen, whether PCs, Tablets or smartphone. The netgemCloud platform is a software suite that bringing the cloud into the home by transforming the Set-top box into a multimedia server and connected devices into clients.

Netgem To Outline "IPTV 2.0" Strategy At IP&TV World Forum

Netgem, will outline its "IPTV 2.0" strategy at the upcoming IP&TV World Forum in London and demonstrate its new Home Cloud software platform. Also as part of the IP&TV World Forum's conference programme, Christophe Aulnette, Netgem's CEO, will highlight Netgem's open strategy. Netgem Partnered on Toshiba Places Set-top Box for France

Netgem and Toshiba have collaborated on a multifunction adapter to offer “Toshiba Places” for the French market. Through this new multifunction device French users will be able to access online services from their television.  The “Toshiba Places” was designed to optimised the TV experience, through it you can access a range of entertainment services, which include the ability to share your digital content (multimedia) with friends and relatives and watch video-on-demand.

Telekom Slovenia Selects Netgem Hybrid IPTV Middleware for SiOL iO Service

netgemTelekom Slovenia has upgraded it IPTV infrastructure with Netgem TV Middleware Device Management System (DMS) which include Netgem’s smart Set-top Box technology. Telekom Slovenia said from 1 September 2010 they will be using Netgem’s intelligent client to roll out tailored applications to its IPTV customers, and that working with Netgem is part of a bigger plan to expose its 120,000 customers to advance television and to experience a new level in home entertainment.
