Zonoff Releases SDK For Connected Home Platform

Zonoff has announced the public availability of their Open Device Software Development Kit for their Zonoff Connected Home Platform.  The Software Development Kit (SDK) is to allow retailers, service providers, device manufacturers and developers to have simple way to integrate with the Zonoff platform.

The SDK is currently available for qualified partners who are currently (or will soon be) manufacturing connected devices.  The Zonoff Open Device Software Development Kit provides integration with over 1,000 connected devices, with more in development.

Backed by $3.8 million funding through Valhalla Partners and Grotech Ventures, Zonoff is keen to grow its presence in the the "Internet of Things" space by enabling connected solutions.
 
The new SDK enables device OEMs to develop innovative connected home solutions faster and easier, this is whether they are manufacturer-specific wireless protocols, differentiated devices features on open protocols, or proprietary interfaces for IP connected devices.
