Mobile devices are too small to give the quality sound that some music deserves; therefore, to get the quality you want dock/connect the device to an adapted entertainment system. Phorus has decided to address both issues with a new DTS based solution. They have adopted the DTS Play-Fi wireless technology to create a new entertainment package for Android based devices. The Play-Fi solution has a Receiver, Android App and Speakers.

phorusAll three products utilize DTS’ advanced Play-Fi technology to stream and received high definition audio over Wi-Fi with without a lost in quality. Now your mobile or tablet can be the centre of your home audio entertainment. Once connected, the Play-Fi app allows users to stream music and other audio content to the Phorus speaker and receiver while still being able to use the phone for something else.

If you already have speakers, a home theatre system or a soundbar you can add DTS phorusPlay-Fi by connecting the Phorus receiver.  This will allow them to become part of the Phorus audio network.  Play-Fi allows you to connect up to eight different audio systems to one network and enjoy music audio in every room of your home with the option to stream different songs to different rooms.
