Amino and Celeno are collaborating to develop a new range of whole home wireless networking solutions. Amino’s IPTV Over-the-Top (OTT) solutions is to leverage Celeno’s OptimizAIR to deliver IPTV, multi-room DVR, Over the Top video and Video on Demand (VoD), in high definition wirelessly.  The new range is to allow telecom operators to offer a compelling mix of broadcast, on-demand and content from the Internet including social media, gaming and applications.

Maxim and Celeno Offer Wireless HDMI to Manufacturers

Maxim and Celeno have combine their spcecialities to offer manufacturers a reference design for whole-home wireless HDMI solutions manufacturer of devices such as game consoles, digital video recorders (DVR), Blu-ray players, home gateway and set-top boxes will be able to use the reference design to build devices that distribute full-HD content wirelessly to remote HDTV displays.

Celeno and Texas Instruments to Enable Next-Generation Cable Modem Gateways

Celeno Communications, a leading provider of semiconductors for multimedia Wi-Fi home networking applications, announced that it is working with Texas Instruments to enable next-generation cable modem gateways with wireless HD technology for Cable HD IPTV applications. Celeno’s high-performance CL1300 Wi-Fi chip is now interoperable with Texas Instruments’ (TI) Puma 5 family of DOCSIS 3.0® products.
