Cox Enterprise has increased its strategic partnership in the health sector with investment in digital health technology and services provider Rimidi. The digital health solution provider is base in Atlanta and focuses on diabetes and other chronic conditions. Cox earlier this year made another investment in Healthspot, a provider of patient and provider driven telehealth technology.

Nintendo WiiSonic Solutions(R) today announced that it is partnering with Fujisoft Incorporated to deliver premium entertainment to the Nintendo Wii game console. Sonic's Roxio CinemaNow(R) will be providing Hollywood content, beginning with new releases and catalog titles from Paramount Pictures, for Fujisoft's video-on-demand service in Japan, called "Minna no Theater Wii" (Everyone's Theater Wii). The companies will continue to work together in order to expand the range of entertainment available for virtually instant streaming to the TV via the popular game console.

Texas IntrumentsTexas Instruments Incorporated (TI) announced the selection of Continuous Computing(R), a leader in wireless protocol software, and mimoOn GmbH, a leader in software defined radio solutions, as third parties to offer integrated solutions for HSPA and LTE enterprise and residential femtocells. Texas Instruments is also working on seperate Wi-Fi home networking (Celeno and Texas Instruments to Enable Next-Generation Cable Modem Gateways) solution with Celeno.
