Best Buy and TiVo announced that Best Buy exclusive television brand Insignia will be shipping with TiVo software and advanced television services already built in. By embedding the TiVo software into the televisions will give Insignia customers an intuitive user experience for accessing online content by utilizing TiVo’s non-DVR software and advance television software, said both companies.
Panasonic and Best Buy have joined to offer a new range of full HD 3D capable VIERA Plasma HDTVs and a fully-featured 2D Blu-ray Disc Player. The range will deliver full 1080p resolution images to each eye by creating a 3D experience that easily rivals the best that can be seen in the cinemas.
