Opera Software has release version 2.8 of its Opera Device SDK Software Development Kit that integrates support for HTML 5 video and features Opera’s newest and fastest JavaScript engine - Carakan. The new release will allow device manufactures to embed a web browser into their devices and even add extra features and functionalities developed on top of the browser with the SDK.
The ARMADA 1000 High Definition media processor System-on-a-Chip (SoC) - part of the ARMADA Processors from Marvell now has support for RVU protocol. Microsoft has release a new mouse, which they say is design for the mobile lifestyle. The new mouse is called the Arc Touch Mouse, and offers ergonomic flexibility: it flattens or Arc when you want it to and features Microsoft’s touch scroll technology for easy navigation. Both companies, Arcelik A.S. and DivX have entered into a strategic partnership that allows the television manufacturer to offer certified DivX TVs in Europe.
